Bridal Embroidery FAQ
How far in advance should I order my bridal robes and gifts?
We recommend ordering as early as you can, especially for larger bridal parties, so there is time to approve your design proof and receive everything before the big day. Contact us with your wedding date and we’ll confirm the current production time. Short on time? Reach out anyway and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I personalize each bridesmaid robe with a different name?
Yes. Each robe can have its own name, initials or title (like “Maid of Honor” or “Bridesmaid”), and you can choose the font and thread color to match your wedding palette.
Will I see a proof before you embroider?
Yes. We send a digital design proof showing the layout, font and colors. We only start stitching after you approve it.
Do you ship outside Virginia Beach?
Yes. We ship personalized wedding gifts anywhere in the United States. Couples in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads can also arrange local pickup from our studio.
Can you embroider a handkerchief or item I already have?
Often, yes — but not every fabric is suitable for embroidery. Please contact us with photos or product details first, or bring the item to our studio so we can check it before you order.
How do I care for my embroidered robe or handkerchief?
Wash gently on cold, inside out, and avoid ironing directly on the embroidery. Follow the care label of the garment for best results.
