Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

A: No we don’t have any minimums, you can order as many or as few hats as you’d like. We do however offer bulk discounts so the more you purchase the more you can save.

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN HATS?

A: Due to the professional nature of our service we will only customize and embroider hats that are purchased on our website.

Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

A: Shipping fees depend on the size of your order and your shipping destination. We advise that you create a dry run of your order and enter your shipping location. Our system will calculate the exact shipping cost for you so you can make a quick decision.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Absolutely. We ship orders all over the world on a daily basis.

Q: HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

A: Each order is personally customized and made for you. That means the total time from us to you can be 4-6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated as your order goes through the different stages of production.

Q: WHAT IS A DIGITIZING FEE?

A: Before your logo can be embroidered, our artists must digitally prepare it. This process is called ‘digitizing’. After we have digitized your logo once, we keep it on file so you are not charged again.

Q: HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU EMBROIDER IN A LOGO?

A: We can stitch up to 8 colors for your logo.

Q: HOW BIG CAN MY LOGO BE EMBROIDERED?

A: This is dependent on the size of your hat. On larger hats the maximum size that we can stitch a logo is 4 inches wide and 2.25 inches high.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLE ORDERS?

A: Yes. We have no minimum order quantities so you can order one hat as a sample.

Q: DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

A: Of course! The more you buy, the more you save. See the chart in our hat designer for further details on discount percentages.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: Ayshe Shop accepts all major brands of payment including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE GARMENT TO CHOOSE?

A: We have sizing charts for you to reference for all corresponding products. Message our customer service for more details.

Our hats are “one size fits all” and adjustable, perfect for anyone.

We have several hat options. Whether you’re looking for a 6-panel snapback, trucker hat, unstructured soft cap, or a structured baseball cap, we have it all. Pick what works for you!

Trucker hats are cotton blend twill (back mesh is 100% polyester).
The rest of our hats are 100% cotton!

  3. Select thread color
  4. Pick your text font
  5. Done! Just make sure to confirm the digital mock-up we send!


Requesting a custom design or business logo on your hat?

To embroider your design/logo onto the hat, we’ll need a digital file in a DST format. If you do not have your design/logo in the DST format, go ahead and send it to us anyway! Our software might be able to convert your file, and we won’t charge you anything for digitizing your design/logo.

Please make sure you are not violating any trademark, copyright, or similar protection rules. Customers will be held responsible for any design/logo submitted.

Important to note 

We will send you digital proof of your custom design before we embroider. Please confirm the digital mockup! We will process your hat in 1-2 days.

If we do not receive confirmation from you, our team will embroider whatever the listing design may be.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information. Orders take 2-7 days to arrive.
  • Each order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If there is an issue with the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed “delivered” by USPS.
  • All sales are FINAL due to customized embroidery of items. No returns.
  • If you did not receive your item due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
  • International shipping may take up to 2 months to receive the item.

Products that ship from Magnolia’s warehouse:
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery using our online returns system. Items that cannot be returned include paint, furniture, framed wall art, our magazine, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.
