Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order 1 piece or 500. Quantity discounts apply, and you can mix styles, colors and sizes.
How long does it take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after you approve your digital proof. Need it sooner? Ask us about rush orders.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on the item, the quantity and the stitch count of your logo. Send us your logo and quantities for a free quote.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers and laser-engraved leather patches, all done in-house.
Can I bring my own garments?
In many cases, yes. Not every item can be embroidered well, so please send us a sample or the product details (brand, style and fabric) first, and we’ll confirm. For the best results we recommend letting us source your items. We work with trusted suppliers and can choose garments that embroider cleanly and last.
What file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) works best, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too. We will digitize it for embroidery.
